To obtain your certificate of completion: it’s as easy as “1-2-3!”

1. Scroll down this page to to “Course Content” below, and click to open each “lesson.” As you finish reviewing each slideshow, video, and any other contents, mark each as “complete.”

2. A course completion code will be given at the end of live webinars. Use the code to answer the 1-question “quiz.” You must be logged in and attending at the end of the webinar to receive the completion code, answer the quiz, and obtain your certificate.

3. The course eval (required by NCCAOM and CAB) should then “pop up.” (You may need to disable a pop-up blocker for www.aomprofessional.com to see the eval). Complete the course eval.

When you have completed the eval, you may download and print your provisional NCCAOM PDA certificate, and your official CAB CEU certificate if applicable. (Your certificates will also be stored in your account under “Certificates of Completion.”)

NCCAOM Diplomates please read:

• The NCCAOM requires that course completion be reported within 2 weeks after the class date. The NCCAOM will email you your official PDA certificate, which will be archived in your NCCAOM account.
• Please complete the quiz and survey at the end of class–before you misplace the completion code, before the 2-week deadline, before your next license renewal deadline! “Make-up” codes cannot be supplied at a later date.
• We cannot guarantee timely help with obtaining your certificate after the end of class.
• Let us know ASAP if need expedited reporting to the NCCAOM.
